EARLY POSTPARTUM SUPPORT:For early postpartum support, we focus on physical recovery, emotional well-being, and practical self-care and baby care strategies. We address challenges like sleep deprivation and breastfeeding, help manage expectations, and adjust to the new role of motherhood.
POSTPARTUM SUPPORT: If you’re in the thick of motherhood, we’ll explore the unique dynamics of your motherhood journey, addressing topics such as self-care and well-being, parenting challenges, time management and balance, self-discovery and self-identity, and whatever else is unique to you!
